I'm lucky to live in INDIANA and be at the dead center of the shipping hub for the USA.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

I do not take returns of my product (no one wants used soap!) If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product OR if your soap is damaged in transit, please 1) take a picture and 2) email me at thegeek@geekyclean.com with "Product Issue" as the subject line. I will do my best to make you happy and get you Geeky Clean!

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do! I've done my best to create fair shipping prices based on international locations and packing materials. If there is a major difference in pricing when I go to ship your order, you may be contacted to review the order with revised shipping prices. Please note on international orders, there's a major jump in pricing should you exceed 20 lbs. I will always refund you should you be overcharged on shipping!

How long will it take to receive my order?

I pack and ship orders on MONDAY and THURSDAY. During holiday season (November- December) I will ship every day possible. Please be mindful of when you order and where you live. Items that are available for sale in the store are ready for shipping.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. (THIS IS NOT TYPICAL BUT I NEED TO COVER MY BUTT) You will receive a shipping confirmation and USPS tracking code via your email you provided at checkout.

Will you make me a custom soap?

I happily work with nerdy brides-to-be, gaming troops, game store owners, and more on a regular basis doing custom soap. A custom shaped soap stars at $75 just for the mold making process. Email me for a quote at TheGeek@Geekyclean.com and we'll chat.

Can you vendor at "insert Con name here"?

I'm actively looking to exhibit at cons! Keep in mind that I'm located in the mid-west, and my product is very heavy and expensive to move cross country. It's most likely not worth my time to come to Washington for a con with 250 people. If I can't attend, consider me for sending out coupons, charity auction donations, or business cards.
